You can smoke/vap in the backyard only. If cigarette butts are found, we will charge an extra cleaning fee for pickup. $30 minimum. No pets No loud speakers or instruments allowed in or around the property. Please ensure any social activities are in the backyard or house to keep noise limited. This is a quiet neighborhood and neighbors will contact authorities. No parking on grass. Park in front and back driveways.

We stayed a week, and it was nice with plenty of room and a big kitchen.. It is an older home in an older quiet neighborhood. but well maintained and very comfy.

We had an excellent time and enjoyed the house and it's proximity to everything we needed. Easy drive/Uber to the stadium for football games. The house layout was great for 6 guys with more than enough beds to keep us and our snoring in separate locations!!! Hosts we very responsive when needed. Highly recommend this house.

This house was the perfect spot for our ladies group who were attending a local conference. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for a big group like ours. We absolutely loved this space!
