You can smoke/vap in the backyard only. If cigarette butts are found, we will charge an extra cleaning fee for pickup. $40 minimum. No pets No loud speakers or instruments allowed in or around the property. Please ensure any social activities are in the backyard or house to keep noise limited. This is a quiet neighborhood and neighbors will contact authorities. No parking on grass. Park in front and back driveways.

We stayed here with a large portion of my daughter’s high school cheer squad. The place was adorable! There were more than enough towels for over a dozen females. This might seem like a silly positive, but can you imagine if there hadn’t been enough towels for that many athletic girls?! The check-out was beyond easy which was a huge plus when getting that many teenagers out the door early in the morning. As a bonus, the host was very kind and responsive.

We came for a tournament during the snow storm. Micah was quick to respond and worked well with us in case the tournament was cancelled, or if we ended up being snowed in. The home was beautiful and met far beyond our expectations.

The house was SO cute, clean and perfect for our needs. We had a team of 10 girls and plenty of space for all. The location is great- close to OU campus and all the other things you would need. Neighborhood is quiet too. Communication and price were great too. Will stay here again!
